Belfast Airport has some services to accommodate their passengers while waiting for their flight. 

Within the airport you can find basic services such as restaurants, cafés, shops, drink and food duty free shops, etc.

Lost & damaged baggage

Passengers can report any damaged baggage to the ground handling agent of their airline. Please contact with the agencies presented below:

Tourist information

There is a Tourist information desk located in arrivals serving both domestic and international passengers. Information regarding attractions, accommodation, transport, etc. is provided. 

Opening hours: 7.30am – 7pm (Monday to Friday), 7.30am – 5pm (Saturdays) and 8am – 11am (Sundays). 

Business Lounge

In the Business Lounge you can find several services such as printing and faxing services. You can access for free to this lounge. Though there are not conference rooms, you can go to the nearby Park Plaza Belfast, which can be reached within a two-minute walk from the Terminal.  You can book your Lounge pass here: Belfast Airport Lounges
